2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our categories, add your chosen products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major payment methods for a smooth and secure shopping experience.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can find details during checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature and quality of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is handcrafted with care, using natural ingredients to ensure freshness and integrity. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, once products leave our care, they cannot be resold or restocked.

Returns or replacements will only be honored if the error is on our part (such as sending the wrong item).  If you receive the wrong item or have an issue directly caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

6. Are your products natural and safe, and can they be customized?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches with love and intention, using only natural, plant-based, and vegan ingredients. Each recipe is thoughtfully created to be safe, gentle, and effective while honoring the wisdom of herbal traditions.

To ensure freshness and protect the integrity of your product, we use a paraben- and formaldehyde-free preservative (Liquid Germall Plus). This allows us to keep your product safe from bacteria, mold, and yeast growth without compromising our natural standards.

While our standard line is fully vegan, we understand that some customers may prefer different formulations (such as goat milk or other natural additions). Special requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before ordering to discuss customization options.

7. How should I store my products?

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of your product, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Because our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no harsh stabilizers, proper storage helps extend freshness and preserve their benefits.

For best results, use within 6–12 months of opening. Avoid introducing water into jars or bottles to prevent contamination.
